Let me introduce myself! I’m a Native Austinite with 10 years of teaching experience in Eanes ISD. I am driven by my family, running 1/2 marathons, and keeping Austin weird with my backyard chickens. When I’m not exploring ATX, I act as head house manager for Casa Alkire and can likely be found in the car chauffeuring my son, Preston, to basketball and daughter, Kennedy, to gymnastics.

Hey guys! I have lived in Austin since 1992 and love exploring all that this great city and surrounding areas have to offer. For several years, I was a 4th grade teacher at Barton Creek Elementary. The relationships and experiences made there inspired me to spend time showing off my favorite city to some of my favorite people. There isn’t a weekend that goes by that you can’t find me outside with my wife Suzie and boys, Max and Theo. For me, there really is no place like Austin, Texas.

Hey y’all! I am a recent graduate of Westlake High School and will be attending Boston College in the fall studying International Relations. Austin has been my home for my whole life, and some of my very favorite things to do are hiking in the green belt, paddle boarding on Lake Austin, and grabbing ice cream with my little cousins! I can’t wait for more Austin adventures with you all this summer at Camp 512!

Hi!! I am a junior at Westlake High School and Camp 512 has been part of my summers for many years! I love music and all the opportunities Austin provides to enjoy some fun tunes! Between the beautiful and ever-growing skyline, the unique art, and all the yummy food, I am thankful to call this place my home. I look forward to spending another year with this wonderful camp, while getting to show off my favorite city!

Hi! My name is Kennedy Cannon and I recently graduated from Westlake High School. I am attending the University of Tennessee next year and could not be any more excited! I have lived here my whole life and adore all the fun activities Austin has to offer. Some of my favorite things to do are swimming at Barton Springs, going to music festivals, and eating food at unique restaurants. I can’t wait for another fun summer with Camp 512!

Hey guys! I just graduated from Westlake High School and will soon be attending the University of North Carolina. I love all things Austin and thoroughly enjoy showing our beautiful city to young kids! Since I’ve grown up in Austin, this city holds a special place in my heart! I can’t wait to explore more of Austin with Camp 512!
